Today is about being grateful. What are you grateful for in your life?
I wanna share a quick technique I learned. Grab your hand, either hand. It doesn't matter. Put it over your heart right now. What I want you to do is just close your eyes. Listen to my words. Take a breath in to the count of five. Breathe out for five. Imagining your breathing in through your heart, out through your heart. And as you breathe in through your heart, breathe out through your heart, just imagine a person that's in a situation that you're grateful for in your life. Let it engulf your body. Feel those wonderful feelings, and take that feeling with you for the rest of the day.
