"Becoming Consistent"

It's Luke Michael Howard, aka the HypnoPunk, from Lukenosis.com here with your Mindset Monday and today's lesson is gonna all be about being consistent.

Consistently being consistent. as I review back my life over the last five or so years, one of the successful patterns I've developed is being consistent. I'm currently at about three years, approximately, of training everyday doing some kind of physical fitness.

I'm approximately three years of doing some kind of marketing process every day. I'm about two years, two and a half years, of doing some kind of meditation practice every day. I don't say this to impress you but I say this to impress upon you that creating consistent little patterns, throwing that pebble into the water into the lake and watching those ripples go on further and further, they are very far reaching but you gotta be consistent in your efforts. It's not a one-time method or a two time, it's every day so look where you can implement consistency in your life to get to the next level.
