"Self Hi 5!"

Today's episode is about giving yourself the self high five.

As DDP, Diamond Dallas Page, would say, "Not the H-I five." Don't be confused with that. What is the self high five? Well, the self high five is what you're doing in your life that you should give yourself a high five for, like you give a friend, a colleague, a client, somebody who did something well in your life or their life, you give them a high five.

Where in your own life do you have to give yourself the self high five? Imagine my hand here and I have another hand, the one that's holding on to this phone right now, but I can high five myself. What do you need to high five yourself for? What do you need to give yourself a pat on the back, a self high five, and say, "Well done. I have done well here." And celebrate your success because you've been on yourself for making those changes, making those things happen. But when do you take the opportunity to just stop and say, "You did well," self high five yourself and then go on to the next level?
