"3 Things Needed To Change!"
The three things that must be present in order for you to change anything in life.
Number one, you must realize that something must change. Number two, you must realize that that thing must change now. Number three, you must realize that you must be the person to change that thing. Once those three needs are met, it then almost becomes inevitability that you do whatever you need to do, and that change will stick. But those three principles must be in place in any kind of change, whether that be stopping smoking, stop overeating, stop anxiety in yourself, stop depressing yourself. Once those three needs are met, once those three questions are answered, you're on your way to making massive changes.
