"Broken?!"
I want to introduce you to something. This, right here, as it falls out of my hand. But as you see what it is, it's a half a skull. I do like skulls, I'm actually going to dedicate a whole sleeve, a whole arm, to skulls.
But this half a skull right here, it reminds me of what I used to be. When I used to be broken. When I used to have all these scars. When I used to be beaten down. It reminds me of that. Not to play the victim mentality, but it reminds me of what I came from. What I overcame, and continue to overcome, to be who I am, to keep going forward. It reminds me to stay in touch with that.
Not to dwell in it, but to be empowered by how far I've traveled. How far have you traveled in your life? And how often do you remind yourself, of how well you've done? A
