Mindset Monday #49

"Stay In The Now!"

The HypnoPunk here with your Mindset Monday, and today is all about how to stay present. How to be in the moment. Oftentimes many people that I meet and I encounter that have struggles in their life, they're either situated in the future if they're suffering from anxiety disorders or in fact, they're in the past if they're suffering from things like depression and depression symptoms. One of the best things you can do is stay in this moment. Stay present. But how do you do that practically? The good thing is when you're out and about, rather than be in your head when you're walking around from A to B just notice three things. Three things where you are. Perhaps the earth underneath your feet. Perhaps something you see, perhaps something you hear, perhaps a physical sensation you have in your skin. Doing one of those four things grounds you in this very moment. Keeps you in this very moment. It's very hard to have a negative feeling in this moment. Always believe, lukenosis.com.
