Where in your life do you need to have more balance? Where sometimes you have to kneel down and then get up on one leg, and then suddenly shake a little bit.
Then get up on the other knee. Before you can start and have that balance with your health, with your fitness, with your relationships. Think about how you can apply this to an area of your life, so you could stand up and be strong. Always believe, Hypnopunk!
