Cold Shower Therapy!

The benefits of cold ice showers. Why would someone be crazy enough to put themselves through this, not just because I live in Canada, but the cold shower benefit has been around for hundreds of years now.

It helps to really increase your nerve force inside your body, helps to wake you up. It can replace your morning cup of coffee, and it can really put you back into your body.

So many of us are in our head including me most days, though to have a cold shower puts you directly into your body to make you feel sensations, to feel something in your body, so if you're living your life up here and you need to live more here, get in the cold shower.  Get in your body and feel it!
