How To De-Armor Yourself?


HypnoPunk here. Today, we're going to be talking about being armoured. In life, we put on so much armour.

We put on the mask, we put on the helmet, we throw on the shield around our body.

The protection around our nether regions, on our legs.

We're armoured because we don't want to be hurt.

We don't want to be attacked.

We put all this armour on to protect ourselves from arrows, poison, toxic things because we just don't want experience.

We don't experience pains, so the more bruises and scars that we get, the more we put on armour.

That's what most people do, but how about we start taking off armour.

How about we take off the helmet, how about we take off the bullet proof armour, the leg armour and we expose ourselves and we'll be vulnerable.

Isn't that true strength? Isn't that true courage? Where you go as you are and you say "I accept myself, now you accept you."
