Today is about letting go. Sometimes, in fact, all the time when I see a client no matter what their problem is whether they smoke too much, they eat too much, they use too much drugs, they traumatize themself, they got too much pain, they're getting over a toxic relationship, their main problem is not the past, because the past doesn't exist anymore.
It's not the future because the future doesn't exist anymore. It's that they're holding onto this negativity whatever it is in a neuroassociation to connect to it.
And sometimes the best thing you can do is simply let go. You're like, well, if it was that easy, Luke, why isn't everyone doing it? It is that easy.
